Here's the installation of my CB. We drilled a hole in the back bumper and mounted the 4' antenna with a full steel mount & added a heavy duty spring.

We ran 18 feet of cable under the bumper and up into the body, coming up into the jeep at the same point where all the electrical wiring comes in. It follows the same path to the console as all the other wires, then under my steering wheel to the middle console.

The SW75 cb is mounted under the center console, keeping everything nicely hidden. There is a very convienient screw point just to the right of the steering wheel, great place to place the mic mount.

Installation was a breeze except for drilling into the bumper: make sure you have a sharp bit!
The CB works great, and it's loud enough not to need any external speaker.
